As a Rogue you might just be better off disengaging forcing booming blade movement. Also, math at the damage is split up to two enemies and is a one and done. Alternatively, you can just take the Mobile feat and disengage for free as you exit their reach.
The only problem with the build is that it will take quite a while to come online and there will be levels where the character will perform subpar, not to mention it's a massive Nova that is basically once per day. And you have to weight it against Sorcerer 5 for Fireball, Haste, Fly etc.

Feigning attack doesn't work with a Quickened Booming Blade as they both require a bonus action and an action surge doesn't grant an additional bonus action. Better off with other maneuvers like Riposte or Trip.
